Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection hard enough for sexual activity. It is the most common form of sexual dysfunction, other forms of sexual dysfunction include low libido and early ejaculation. The cause of erectile dysfunction is often multifactorial, and it becomes more common after the age of 40. Dr. Soon offers oral medications, injections as well as painless, non-invasive, low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

In simple terms, this procedure involves the removal of the foreskin that covers the head of the penis and can be done at any age.
Penile aesthetics and sexual function are the most popular reasons for male adult circumcision. The vast majority of men seeking male adult circumcision are motivated by cosmetic, aesthetic and social reasons. If you’d like to remove your foreskin for aesthetic reasons, there are health benefits as well such as reducing the risk of catching or spreading certain sexually transmitted diseases. Circumcision, however, is not a substitute for safe sexual practices.
If you are interested in aesthetic circumcision for penile aesthetics or sexual function, you can book a consultation with our clinic. Dr. Soon will provide a consultation and discuss the procedure with you.

A scrotal cyst is a lump on the skin of the scrotum. The scrotum forms part of the male reproductive system, and is a bag of skin that hangs below the penis. If the lump is on the scrotal skin, it is most likely an epidermoid cyst, and not dangerous or contagious. Epidermoid cysts are unsightly, and many men will choose aesthetic removal of the cyst. Dr.Soon can help with this aesthetic procedure. If the lump is inside the scrotum (and not on the skin), a scrotal ultrasound should be done urgently to determine the precise location of the testicular mass.

Prostate enlargement or benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH) is a natural part of getting older and occurs in virtually every aging genetic male. BPH can exist without symptoms, in which case it does not need to be treated. However, if the prostate enlargement blocks the opening to the bladder, patients can experience urinary symptoms including straining to begin urinating, a slow urinary stream, splitting of the urinary stream, a stream that will start and stop, as well as frequency, urgency, and nighttime urination. Our clinic offers effective medical and surgical treatments, including non-OHIP Rezum water vapor therapy, for patients suffering from prostate enlargement.

Urinary incontinence, the involuntary leakage of urine, is often underdiagnosed and undertreated. Urinary incontinence can occur in women, men, transgender, and gender-diverse individuals. The treatment for incontinence depends on the type of incontinence experienced and can include behavioural changes, pelvic floor exercises, medical therapy, and surgical treatment options.Description text goes here

Bladder cancer is the most common cancer involving the urinary system. It normally involves the bladder, but it can also arise in the renal pelvis, ureter, and urethra. Patients with bladder cancer classically present with painless blood in the urine, either grossly visible or microscopic, although irritative voiding symptoms (frequency, urgency) can be the initial symptoms. Bladder cancer surgery is generally performed through the urethra, as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia.

Laser kidney stone surgery has become the treatment of choice for stones in the ureter, and in the kidney, depending on size and location. It is an outpatient procedure, performed under general anesthesia.
In patients who are recurrent stone formers, Dr. Soon will arrange for investigations to help determine the cause of your kidney stone disease, in order to help you avoid making new stones in the future.
